Rainwater
Rainwater harvesting is a sustainable and cost-effective option for environmentally-conscious businesses and households. It’s also an excellent solution for areas not connected to town water.
UV Water Disinfection for Rainwater Treatment
By installing the appropriate UV disinfection rainwater treatment system, rainwater can be safely harvested for drinking, showering, bathing, laundry washing, toilet flushing, dishwashing, product addition, vehicle and equipment wash-down, swimming pool top-up and many other applications.
In addition to being highly cost effective, you can also be confident your rainwater does not contain added chemicals such as fluoride and chlorine. Nor will it contain potentially-harmful micro-organisms. This is important, as rainwater is typically captured by run-off flowing from roofs into guttering systems and storage tanks and can contain faecal matter from birds, bats and other animals, often with harmful bacteria and pathogens such as Cryptosporidium, Giardia and Salmonella.
